"I work for a large spa, and as an individual, I often feel “lost” in the large group. How can I market and make myself stand out at my spa without going outside the boundaries of my treatment center? "

This is really great that you want to stand out from the rest, and know that your manager or boss will appreciate your desire for this because the more clients you bring in for you, the more you bring in for them. First, ask what rules you must comply with and present any ideas otherwise for approval. Make sure to always have business cards on hand, and find out if you can offer any specials (specific to you). It would also be a good idea to use social media to promote yourself. Begin tweeting and consider creating a business page for yourself on Facebook. If you have an interest in writing, you could start a blog where you can highlight your expertise. Other than that, network as much as you can. Attend events around town and get to know the people in your area. Once they have one-on-one interaction with you, they’ll remember your face and name and be likely to visit you at some point.
